The Kaizen Company's mission is to strengthen local organizations by supporting personnel responsible for implementation to drive reforms, establishing social networks to support their efforts, and enabling donors to reduce and eventually eliminate funding in targeted areas.

KC's Philosophy
At Kaizen, we advocate the transformation of development assistance from top-down, expatriate-driven, time-bound advice to that which catalyzes locally driven, bottom-up reforms. We also believe that, where possible, international firms should commit to the success of initiatives beyond involvement in donor-assisted projects; that market forces and advances in technology make this both possible and cost-effective.
About KC
The Kaizen Company (Kaizen) designs and implements international economic development assistance projects. Our primary clients are the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and its implementing partners. Ultimately, our goal is to move beyond development assistance by forging purely private sector relationships that advance international development goals.
