Volunteer Management Expertise to Support Professional Peers in the Developing World!

The Kaizen Company seeks seasoned management professionals willing to contribute their expertise in support of emerging market professionals.Kaizen Connect is a web portal that supports management professionals – particularly in less developed countries - who wish to enhance their individual skills and become agents of change within their respective organizations. It is divided into multiple Professional Communities, each of which is focused on a core management function. These communities provide developing world professionals, our members, with free management reform articles, templates, presentations, case studies, e-courses, and other resources to download and use. It also provides these professionals with information on relevant upcoming online events and encourages them to support each other through the transfer of ideas, experiences and expertise. Kaizen Connect web portals are complemented by in-person events in select developing countries worldwide, often in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development(USAID).

Kaizen Connect relies on international volunteers to identify and upload resources that are relevant and of potential value to our developing world members. Each resource is vetted by Kaizen to ensure relevance, quality, and (as necessary) usage rights. Select high value resources are translated into local languages and adapted for context.

We are seeking to increase our management resource base. If you have relevant content and/or management expertise, particularly in western and/or business practice in one or more of the following Kaizen Connect professional communities:

* Strategic management
* Human resources
* Communications and outreach
* Marketing and sales

We would deeply appreciate your support. This will enable us to continue building and strengthening the quantity, quality, relevance, specificity, and value of content available to our developing world members on Kaizen Connect. This, in turn, will help us provide much better support to those who seek to improve their skills, strengthen their organizations, grow their businesses, and increase their economic livelihoods.

Should you be willing to assist, simply go to: www.kaizenconnect.org and register as a member of one or more of the above-mentioned Professional Communities. You will then be able to contribute by uploading relevant resources directly and/or providing the URL of value-added resources online. In addition to adding resources, you can also add value by contributing your comments and insights on existing community resources, many of which are member contributions. Please write a brief description of each resource you contribute.

To thank you, we grant all volunteers who contribute one or more resources usage rights for all available Kaizen Connect materials for one year, subject only to the restrictions as described on the site’s terms and conditions of use.
