Kaizen Awarded Jordan Rule of Law and West Bank Capacity Building Subcontracts
The Kaizen Company (KC) is pleased to announce our two latest USAID contract awards.
As a subcontractor to San Francisco-based DPK Consulting on the Jordan Rule of Law Project (a follow-on to the MASAQ Project), Kaizen will provide critical support to select judicial sector associations. Together with DPK, Kaizen will also work to improve how the judicial sector supports the private sector in Jordan, and will establish a judges club that encourages judges to coalesce around ideas, advance their skills, and assume thought leadership. This project is a three-plus-two-year effort issued under the REDI IQC.
As a subcontractor to Chemonics International on the Palestinian Authority Capacity Enhancement Project (PACE), Kaizen will adapt and implement its flagship Sector Transformation Program (STP) to address mid- and long-term capacity building needs at key Palestinian Authority Ministries. By providing mid-level managers from these organizations with an understanding of government best practices, and giving them the motivation and means to enact reforms, STP will promote truly bottom-up, locally led and sustainable change. PACE is a three-year project issued under the BRDG IQC.
Kaizen will also seek value-added opportunities for its new Professional Communities services which will complement and amplify the impact of the two projects’ other initiatives and help ensure the sustainability of capacity building efforts.
