Kaizen has Two Case Studies in Top 30 at the “Capacity is Development” Knowledge Fair sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
Of hundreds of submissions, two case studies from the Kaizen Company were selected to be Top 30 Finalists by a panel of 18 judges at the UNDP “Capacity is Development” Knowledge Fair. The focus of the fair was on the policies, investments and programs that have proven successful in driving human and institutional capacity development throughout the world. The first case study, “Iraq, Palestine- Organizational Self-Assessment and Transformation Program (OSTP)” describes how the Kaizen Company empowers Iraqi and Palestinian civil servants to pursue organizational excellence in order to address capacity challenges in post-crisis and transitional situations. The second case study, “Jordanians define capacity development needs through Professional Communities (PC)” describes how work In Jordan has focused on fostering the rise and resilience of middle-income countries.
