The Kaizen Company successfully launches KaizenConnect!
Early this August, The Kaizen Company officially launched KaizenConnect (www.KaizenConnect.com), an innovative Web portal that delivers high quality management resources to support and advance careers and organizations. In keeping with Kaizen’s mission of creating and delivering innovative services which empower individuals and organizations to achieve excellence, anyone in the world with an Internet connection can gain unlimited access to the majority of these resources for free simply by signing up for an account.
The organizational structure of KaizenConnect revolves around the concept of Professional Communities (PCs). These communities of practice serve as networking groups where users are given the tools to share best practices within their community and across other communities. Each PC is managed by a Community Leader, an expert in the underlying discipline of the PC, who offers supportive and professional guidance to the community. These leaders also offer users practical, actionable resources and advice to help meet daily business challenges. Currently, PCs exist in the areas of operations, finance and accounting, information technology, communications, marketing and sales, human resources, and strategic management. This model is designed to expand as demand grows for PCs in other functional and technical areas.
KaizenConnect offers content in a full range of media types, including podcasts, case studies, presentations, spreadsheet tools and insightful articles from leaders in the business community. Over 100 international partner organizations offer KaizenConnect users free and discounted access to their products and services. Online webinars (both free and for-fee) from our partners are tracked in an events calendar, bringing users a simplified listing of cutting-edge tools to take their careers and organizations to the next level.
Resources and services available at KaizenConnect are constantly evolving. New services are currently under development, informed by user feedback. On-demand access to management experts, additional career services, and training and certification programs are just some of the new services being planned. Take a fresh look and see how KaizenConnect can help support your career and improve your organization. Whether you are simply looking to build your personnel knowledge or tasked with a full organization-wide management system upgrade, KaizenConnect can help.
