Magaly Garza

As an Acceleration Director, Magaly utilizes an out-of-the-box approach to expand USAID’s partnerships while assisting partners throughout their readiness journey. Magaly has in-depth business development and partner management knowledge in various industries and has built global teams that have brought new technology products and services to market.

Prior to joining the Partnerships Incubator, Magaly worked as a mentor for technology companies at Incubators and Accelerators around the world, assisting companies with developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies to expand into new markets. Additionally, Magaly worked at Amazon Web Services designing and implementing partner programs for public sector partners. At Alarm.com she was an integral part of their international team, enabling new lines of business around the world and opening new markets for their technology products.

Magaly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Commerce and Business Management from Monterrey Tech (ITESM). Magaly is also a contemporary artist and creates colorful paintings in oils and acrylics. She speaks Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
