Trevor Baim is an Acceleration Liaison with the Partnerships Incubator, where he works within the Readiness Unit to support the implementation of a robust services portfolio for USAID and its partners.
Trevor has 12 years of experience working in the development and small-business support sectors. He previously served as Acceleration Advisor on the USAID Catalyst Project, where he worked with recipients of USAID innovation grants to bridge organizational gaps and help scale their solutions. Before taking that role, Trevor worked as a Program Management Coordinator in The Kaizen Company’s Home Office, where he provided support to the Securing Water for Food Technical Assistance Facility and the Smart-X Business Accelerator in the West Bank.
Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Denver and a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
