The Kaizen Company (Kaizen) delivers solutions that support human and institutional capacity development (HICD), improve organizational performance, and enable donors to reduce and eventually eliminate funding in targeted areas.

Kaizen does this by transforming organizations, establishing communities of practice,  and creating market incentives for the locally led provision of reform support services. Local service providers respond to these incentives and continue to receive support from Kaizen even after donor funding ceases. In this way, Kaizen harnesses market forces to drive ongoing reform and to ensure sustainability.

Our two divisions, Development Assistance and Ongoing Transformation Services (OTS), work together to realize our mission of reducing donor dependency.
