The Kaizen Company (Kaizen), worked with prime contractor Chemonics International, in supporting Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade efforts to apply government management best practices. Areas of support included an organizational assessment and restructuring plan, diverse human resource training and management support, and the establishment of an international trade liaison coordinating office. This liaison office supported the ministry to better utilize its internationally-based trade promotion centers and trade attachés.
