The Kaizen Company is the prime implementer of the USAID/CPS/CVP Knowledge Management and Learning activity under the Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization (CPS) Learning and Development (LeaD) IDIQ. Through this activity, Kaizen strengthens knowledge management and learning practices in CPS’s Center for Violence Prevention (CVP).
Through collaboration with CVP staff, Kaizen streamlines how CVP stores and disseminates institutional knowledge. Kaizen’s approach creates an effective and efficient feedback loop of knowledge and information among CVP staff and stakeholders that increases the impact of CVP’s services and products.
