The Kaizen Company was awarded Task Order 1 (TO 1) of the Pakistan Capacity Development Services (PCDS) IDIQ entitled Financial Management and Capacity Building Services (FMCBS) for the Department of Agriculture Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (DOA-KP) and applicable allied departments in relation to the USAID Gomal Zam Dam Command Area Development Project (GZD-CADP) on March 20th, 2020. The mandate of the PCDS Financial and Management Support Services for DOA-KP and applicable allied departments in relation to the GZD-CADP FMCBS project is to provide support to DOA-KP and allied departments to enhance their overall financial management, internal auditing procedures, procurement, reporting, monitoring, and other functional capacities. Through this support, FMCBS aims to build staff and project management unit capacity so that DOA-KP can transparently and effectively spend resources and achieve development objectives on current and future activities.
