Papua New Guinea Electrification Partnership (PEP) Activity
The Kaizen Company (Kaizen), in subcontract with RTI International, is supporting USAID’s Papua New Guinea Electrification Partnership (PEP) Activity. Kaizen is leveraging its capabilities to provide support in the area of human and institutional capacity development (HICD) for the utility (PPL), the Department of Energy, the regulator (ICCC) and other government agencies involved in the energy sector in Papua New Guinea. In doing so, Kaizen supports leadership development, improved human resources processes and technical training within all levels of PPL and provides technical assistance to develop and maintain expertise in project evaluation and build capacity regarding new energy sources.
