The Kaizen Company is working in cooperation with the USAID Global Development Lab under subcontract with PM Consulting Group on the Technical Assistance and Professional Support Services (TAPSS) activity to support the Lab’s mission of producing breakthrough development innovations and accelerating the transformation of the development enterprise. To support the Lab, Kaizen provides highly specialized technical personnel in areas of mobile money, real-time data, ICT4D, health information systems, strategic response, and health systems strengthening. Staff members are located in Washington, DC and Nairobi, Kenya.
