Kaizen’s knowledge sharing networks support professional peers to learn from and support each other.

Kaizen has developed a demand-driven approach that ensures buy-in from members and addresses the priorities of the group. Kaizen’s knowledge sharing networks can be facilitated online, in person, or, most commonly, a combination of the two. By putting member interests at the forefront, Kaizen’s knowledge sharing networks are built for sustainability and typically continue well beyond Kaizen’s direct support. By putting local actors in the driver’s seat, knowledge sharing networks are another tool that allows localization to be realized.
