Alex Langlois is an Associate Program Management Manager at The Kaizen Company.
He currently supports a USAID-funded project focused on improving education systems in Jordan and will support business development efforts. Alex is interested in peace and conflict programming, with a focus on the Middle East.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Alex was a Senior Program Associate at the International Republican Institute (IRI), working on democracy and governance, stabilization, peacebuilding, and human rights projects funded by the US Department of State and USAID. He is also an independent analyst focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, analyzing the geopolitical currents of the Levant and Gulf with a particular eye on Syria and Lebanon. Alex has a bachelor’s degree in international and comparative politics from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in international affairs from American University in Washington, DC.
