Alexandra is an international development professional currently serving as a Program Management Manager with The Kaizen Company.
She currently manages the Pakistan Capacity Development Services IDIQ and subsequent Task Orders, along with the WADATA project in Niger.
Prior to this role, Alexandra served as a Finance and Operations Manager on centrally funded USAID projects with John Snow Inc. Her areas of expertise include budget forecasting and management, project start-up and close-out, recruitment and onboarding, contractual compliance, and operational oversight.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Business Management, with minors in French and Marketing and a concentration in African Studies, from Washington College. She speaks conversational French.
