Annaliese Koontz

Her skills include regulatory compliance, grants management, business development, budgeting, financial management, and end-to-end oversight of international development programming, from start-up to closeout.

As Director of Finance and Operations at The Kaizen Company, Anna oversees the $48m USAID/Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity. In addition, Anna has also managed USAID-funded projects in Republic of Georgia, North Macedonia, Uganda, and Kenya.

Anna holds a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources from Ohio State University and an M.Sc. in International Development Studies from London School of Economics. She speaks intermediate-level Spanish.
