Aysha Rababa’a is the Education Data Analyst for the USAID Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan activity that Kaizen serves as a subcontractor to IREX on.
In this role, she supports the collection and harmonization of data from various information sources, ensures the quality of information being collected, including considerations related to relevant data disaggregation needs, and develops and nurtures relationships with data partners such as university members, the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education). Aysha also finalizes facilitation guides, references, and supplemental materials and provides ongoing help desk and monitoring support.
Prior to joining Kaizen, Aysha served as an information management technical officer on the Norwegian Refugee Council where she provided support to, and designed databases and tools for, data collection exercises conducted by the education program. These tasks were in conjunction with monitoring and evaluation responsibilities, including assessments, outcome monitoring surveys, protection monitoring exercises, needs assessments, and other research projects. She also previously led the database and intake department in Humanity and Inclusion International. As a Head of the planning department in Standard Textile Jordan, Aysha was also responsible for production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, and preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products.
Aysha holds a Higher Diploma in Vocational Education from Yarmouk University, as well as a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.
