Becka Jandieri is a driver and logistician at the USAID/Georgia funded Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Activity.
In this role, Becka is responsible for assisting HICD staff with daily project operations and helping them with event preparations in terms of logistics and venue set-up. He often assists HICD staff with delivery of training equipment and materials, and transporting people to the training venues. He is also responsible for vehicle maintenance and safe and timely transportation of employees to the meetings. Becka’s number one priority is to keep staff safe during their working trips.
Prior to joining the Kaizen Company, Becka served as a driver and logistician at other USAID projects, including the USAID/Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development PLUS (HICD PLUS) Project (2011-2015) implemented by Chemonics International Inc., and the USAID/Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development 2020 Activity (HICD 2020) implemented by ME&A (2015-2020).
Becka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tbilisi Technical University. He speaks Georgian, English, Russian and conversational German languages.
