Dea is a development professional with over twelve years of experience in project management and administration.
As the Operations and Finance Director at USAID funded HICD Activity, she oversees all aspects of office operations, including recruitment, personnel management, contracts management, procurement and financial management.
Prior to joining the Kaizen Company’s Georgia office, Dea served in the same role at ME&A branch office in Georgia and before that at Chemonics International Branch Office in Georgia.
Dea speaks Georgian, Russian, English and Italian fluently.
