Ekaterine Leonidze is a senior management professional with more than 13 years of experience implementing complex, integrated USAID-funded development projects focused on human and institutional capacity building in Georgia.

She has experience conducting performance assessments and designing program intervention strategies, key performance indicators, operation plans, and training manuals in line with the HICD methodology. Ekaterine has extensive knowledge of the Georgian developmental environment, including past work and partnership experience with key public, private, and civic Georgian counterparts.

Prior to joining the Kaizen Company, Ekaterine worked for World Learning, Chemonics International, and Deloitte. She has proven experience building strong client and stakeholder partnerships and working on diverse, multi-functional teams, while successfully managing multiple program activities at once. She has advanced personnel and financial management experience, including supervision of program offices, coordination and management of visiting international consultants, procurement of local service providers, and oversight of program activity budgets and expenditures.

Ekaterine holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management from the International Institute of Social Studies (The Hague, The Netherlands) and a Master of Arts in American Studies from Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi Georgia). She is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) through the International Society for Performance Improvement. Ekaterine speaks fluent Georgian, Russian, and English.
