Prior to her role as Finance Manager at Kaizen, she held pivotal positions in various international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), specializing in finance and accounting. Elizabeth’s strengths shine through her exceptional attention to detail, highly developed communication skills, and adeptness in managing complex projects. She excels in prioritization and multitasking, consistently delivering effective results.

Elizabeth is a graduate of BahirDar University, holding a BA in Accounting, and she furthered her education with an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Unity University.
