Maxwell Reikosky is a Program Management Manager at The Kaizen Company, where he plays a leading role managing USAID-funded projects with teams fielded in Georgia and Papua New Guinea.
Additionally, Mr. Reikosky contributes to the company’s corporate operations, strategic initiatives, and proposal development, focusing on Sustainability & Resilience and Innovations.
His past experiences include numerous roles related to project management, international operations, and human services coordination for think tanks, international NGOs, and US-based organizations. Having facilitated healthcare and development research for rural indigenous communities in Guatemala, as well as research assessing education, social protection, and alternatives to detention for women and children in Afghanistan, Mr. Reikosky has demonstrated capacity to lead and support global project cycles. He holds a BA in Philosophy and Minor in History from Whitman College, along with an MA in International Relations (International Political Economy & Development; Human Rights, Environment, and International Law) from The University of Chicago.
