Melanie Mahlstedt is a Senior Program Management Manager at The Kaizen Company, where she has managed a portfolio USAID-funded projects in which local and expatriate teams were fielded to Uganda, Ethiopia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Jordan.
Ms. Mahlstedt also contributes to Kaizen’s corporate operations, strategic initiatives, and business development. Prior to Kaizen, Ms. Mahlstedt held positions as an international development consultant in Latin America and a human resources professional in the United States. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans.
