Michael Luckert is the Associate Human Resources and Office Manager at Kaizen, A Tetra Tech Company.
In his role, he provides routine human resources support to Kaizen’s US-based operations and EXPAT staff. Some of his duties include general HR operations that focus on performance management, onboarding offboarding, leave, and benefits. He leads Kaizen’s staff care team focusing on employee morale and provides administrative support to the Kaizen team.
Michael graduated from Washington College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a minor in Political Science and a concertation in Global Business.
