Mohammed Milhem is the School Infrastructure Planning Specialist on the USAID Enhancing School and Management Planning project.
He specializes in the construction sector. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of civil engineering degree from Yarmouk University, with a focus on construction management. Additionally, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). Mohammed has amassed six years of valuable experience in the construction industry, gaining expertise in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS software.
Notably, he served as a Project Engineer at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), overseeing the successful execution of the EU-funded School Construction in Syrian refugee project. His extensive knowledge encompasses areas such as delay analysis, extinction of time (EOT), and cash flow monitoring.
