Natalia is a Senior Program Management Manager at the Kaizen Company.
She currently manages the USAID New Partnerships Initiative Incubator, promoting local leadership and improving equity and inclusivity within partner relationships. Natalia also serves as the Task Order Manager for USAID/OTI Middle East North Africa Regional Support.
Natalia has over five years of experience in private sector management and international development project management in Haiti, West Africa, and Central Africa. Before joining Kaizen, Natalia worked in leading international development organizations where she led equity, diversity, and inclusion work across the international development and U.S. domestic divisions. She served as Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) technical advisor on proposals and projects. She managed and supported programs across sectors such as Global Health, Agriculture and Reforestation, and Education. However, her passions lie in early childhood education and mother tongue instruction.
Natalia earned her master’s degree from George Washington University in International Development Studies and has a specialization in gender equality and social inclusion, with a particular focus on international education. Natalia graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a concentration in Economics and Political Science. She is a native French and Haitian Creole speaker.
