Nazrawit A. Esayiyas brings over a decade of expertise in driving transformative change through the application of Human-Centered Design and Behavioral Change Communication methodologies.
She’s currently working as a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist at Kaizen, collaborating closely with the USAID/LAA Team.
Nazrawit’s professional journey has led to the successful adoption of programs by esteemed institutions such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education in Ethiopia by developing comprehensive learning curriculums for health professionals and crafting impactful communication materials for partner organizations.
Before joining Kaizen, Nazrawit made substantial contributions in the areas of HCD, Innovation, and KM during her tenure at PSI. Her expertise extends further to her role as a Knowledge Management Manager at World Vision. Prior to her career in development, she also served as a psychological counselor at Emanuel Specialized Mental Hospital.
Nazrawit’s academic foundation encompasses psychology and literature, complemented by a brief period of medical school education.
