Neimo Saleh is the Enabling Environment and Advocacy Technical Manager for the USAID/Supporting Civil Society Engagement in the Local Development Process, Djibouti.
Neimo works with civil society organizations to improve the environment where these organizations operate. Neimo also supports the strengthening of relationships between the different factors contributing to local development in Djibouti which helps to foster better collaboration and coordination among relevant stakeholders.
Before joining Kaizen, Neimo worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Neimo also supported a microfinance program for the empowerment of women, and with INTERMED GIRONDE (in Bordeaux-France) in the program of literacy and integration of refugees.
Neimo holds a master’s degree in public law and Political Science (University of Bordeaux-Bulgaria), and a master’s degree in International Law (University of Bordeaux-France) and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Language and International Relations. She speaks French, English, Somali and Arabic.
