Razan is an MIS/MEL Specialist at USAID MELA, bringing over eight years of experience in her field.
Razan has a track record of managing database systems and data collection tools, generating reports, and conducting comprehensive data analyses and visualizations. She is also experienced in developing systems to facilitate data collection and inter-departmental data sharing for various purposes and leading the creation of interactive dashboards for summarizing indicator results.
Before joining MELA, Razan worked for several USAID Activities within different sectors, including the Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP), the Community Health and Nutrition Activity (CHN), and the Technical Assistance Project (TAP).
Recently, Razan enrolled in the Masters in Evaluation blended learning (MABLE) program at Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken, Germany.
