Kaizen supported USAID Missions in Ethiopia and Djibouti to advance and improve organizational development.
Following years of organizational challenges, USAID Missions in Ethiopia and Djibouti needed cutting-edge, research-, and evidence-based approaches to organizational development (OD) that set teams up for success. Additionally, USAID sought to revitalize a shared, pervasive organizational ethos that successfully directs individual and team behaviors to support broad-based goals and objectives. Specifically, the Missions needed support in leadership development, talent optimization, integration for impact, strategic OD, and change management.
